We only accept product exchanges or returns for store credit. Items can be returned for a store credit in the full amount paid for the item.
We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for both online or in store purchases.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We accept returns for all skin care, body care, hair care products. Some exclusions apply.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and face masks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns for period underwear, supplements, used candles, products purchased on sale, and gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your order will be shipped generally 2-3 business days after it is placed. Online orders are shipped at no additional charge. We offer standard UPS and USPS shipping. We offer international shipping with the potential of an additional charge.
